The JobMove Resources page is a private webpage unless you have an active JobMove account. The resources page is unlocked for you once your previous employer validates your account, and you create your password. If you have purchased JobMove for yourself, you will receive a create your password email once your payment has been processed.
The email sent to you to create a password will be an invitation from donotreply email address and may be in your junk mailbox, so be sure to check there. You will only receive the email to create your password and activate your account once your previous employer validates your eligibility for JobMove, or your payment has been processed. This can take up to five business days from registration.
If you have logged in to JobMove frequently, your computer will store this information and keep returning you to the login page instead of the resource page. Please open an incognito window (if using Google Chrome - recommended) or an InPrivate window (if using Internet Explorer) and continue to login to JobMove on this page.
